A Igreja do Espírito Santo é uma edificação cuja origem se desconhece que foi restaurada no período do barroco setecentista. Este edifício acolhe a maior Confraria de Portugal, a "Real Confraria do Divino Espírito Santo". Enquadra-se num arranjo jardinado onde se destaca um escadório no estilo "império", dotado de fontes e de um belíssimo cruzeiro biface, construído no século XIX.

The Church of the Holy Spirit is a building whose origins are unknown and which was restored during the Baroque period. This building is home to Portugal's largest confraternity, the "Real Confraria do Divino Espírito Santo". It is set in a garden arrangement with an empire-style staircase, fountains and a beautiful two-sided cross, built in the 19th century.
